A BRIEF REPORT
Departments of Computer Science (P.G. Courses), R.B.V.R.R.Women’s College, Narayanguda, Hyderabad, has organized A seminar on “WIRELESS COMMUNICATION & MOBILE COMPUTING”, which was scheduled on 9th March 2007.
Prof. M.Mutta Reddy, Registrar, Osmania University, has inaugurated the Seminar and Prof.L.Siva Reddy, Head Department of Computer Science & Engineering, CVR College has delivered the keynote address . The Welcome address was given by the Director P.G. Courses and Administrator, Dr.(Mrs).G.Seshikala, and the Chief guest was introduced by the Principal, Mrs P.Venkata Lakshmi.
The Seminar and its sessions deliberated on:

· Towards Wireless Networking Possibilities, Professor P.Ravi Prasad Rao , Joint Director (Communications IT & c, Govt. of A.P. spoke on the topic.
· Changing Trends in Mobile Technology was delivered by Sri .Shravan Kumar Chitte,Vice President (Asia Pacific) , TANLA Solutions, Hyderabad.

Sri.S.V.Srihari Raju, Senior Technical Director(Scientist- 'F') Govt. of India ,Department of Information Technology , NIC, Hyderabad has delivered the valedictory address on the occasion. He emphasized on how important the Wireless Communications and the need of Information on Mobile Computing for the present student community.
The Seminar was well attended by students and staff of various colleges.
